Return & refund window

3-day return window - Digital products only - Response within 24–48 hrs

Due to the nature of digital goods, returns and refunds are only available under the specific conditions listed below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, regardless of the reason.

Eligible reasons for a refund or replacement

We will refund or replace if:

The product key is invalid or non-functional

The key was already used before delivery to you

You received the wrong product due to a system error

The product is incompatible as listed on the product page

We cannot refund if:

The key has been activated or used

You changed your mind after purchase

The request is made after 3 days

No proof of issue is provided

How to request a refund

Step 1 — Contact us

Email support@softpinz.net or reach us via WhatsApp within 3 days of purchase.

Step 2 — Provide proof

Include your order number and a screenshot clearly showing the issue (e.g. activation error, invalid key message).

Step 3 — Review

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and respond with a resolution.

Step 4 — Resolution

If approved, you will receive a replacement key or a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Important notices

Each product key is unique and intended for single use only. Once activated, the key is considered fully delivered and used.

Softpinz.net reserves the right to deny refund requests where evidence of activation or use is detected.

Requests without supporting screenshots or order details cannot be processed.
